The first main studio space, accessible directly from reception, is super versatile. Featuring 6 foot mirrors across two walls, it's perfect for all fitness and dance classes. This is where we have 4 ceiling anchor points, for bungee and silks classes.
Hardwearing wood floors throughout. Includes speaker system.
What a hidden gem! In the basement we have a one-of-a-kind Himalayan Salt Room. The salt offers a relaxing environment designed to mimic natural salt caves.
Benefits include reduced stress, soothed skin, improved respiratory health, better sleep and enhanced recovery.

This large studio towards the back houses 8 of our beautiful pinewood reformer pilates beds. Stunning arched mirrors are lit up to create a warm and welcoming environment. From here you can access the wheelchair accessible toilet and private kitchen area. You can also access the back garden from this space too.
Natural light and stunning decor make this space extra desirable.

Our bike studio is located to the side of the building. Painted black, and featuring the famous hexagon multi-coloured, interchanging LED ceiling lights. You have separate access from the front to this specific area.
Long and thin, it opens up to the reformer pilates space at the back of the building, and also accessible directly from reception.

High-end artificial turf covers the majority of this sun-filled space. With a small patio area and seating.
